Question 1

What file format and resolution should I use for the best print quality?

Accepted Answer

To achieve the best print quality, upload a high-resolution JPEG or TIFF at 300 DPI, matching your desired print size.

Question 2

How closely will your print match the colors you see on screen?

Accepted Answer

We use premium inkjet printing to deliver rich, accurate color. Because every screen is different, your finished print may look a little different from what you see on display.

Question 3

What should I do if my image resolution is too low?

Accepted Answer

For the sharpest print, upload the highest-resolution file you have and match it to your final print size. If a file looks too low resolution for the size you chose, we recommend selecting a smaller size or replacing it with a higher-quality image.

Question 4

What file types can I upload for my print order?

Accepted Answer

For the smoothest workflow, upload a high-resolution JPEG, TIFF, or PDF whenever possible. If your file is another common format, contact us before ordering so we can help you choose the best option.

Question 5

Will you review my file before printing if something looks off?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If we notice a possible issue with your file, such as low resolution or a sizing concern, we’ll let you know before printing whenever possible. That way, you can make a confident choice and get the best result.
